Ms. Chase-Mayoral has experience in grant writing and management in the area of promoting public/private partnerships, both domestically and internationally, including the management of a U.S. Agency for International Development grant to U.S. community colleges to provide international workforce development training. Ms. Chase-Mayoral's responsibilities with MSA, Inc. include researching and developing new business opportunities, grant and proposal writing and editing, and serving as the company's FSO.
